I've been working to help clients reach their goals for the past 17 years. Much of that time has been spent working with early adults who may be struggling with mental health issues during their time in college. I have experience working with a broad range of presenting concerns and keep each individual's goals in mind as we collaborate to create a therapeutic plan. I believe a strong alliance between client and therapist makes for more effective therapy and is essential for interventions to have significant impact. My specialty areas include anxiety and related disorders, relationships, communication skills, and self-esteem.
